In order to access and use the features of the service, your business establishment and personal data will be collected. The use of the service is optional and does not require to provide any of your financial information. Your identify will remain under secured data warehouse with no outside world or human access and may not conflict with the General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR).
We do not sell or share your data with anyone, we mean it!
The Saral Billing app requires to store necessary content and settings on your device to facilitate the app performance and experience. This data storage will only be limited to the Saral Billing accessibility and Saral Billing will not be accessing any data that other apps/services may have stored on your device.
The Saral Billing app stores your app data including your transactional and financial data securely on our server(s). All data are only accessible via the Saral Billing app with your authenticated credentials and validated user account with our services.
The Saral Billing app requests to access your location only once - while connecting to a Bluetooth Printer. We do not track or store your location during that time, we also do not access, request, store or track your location at all time.
The Saral Billing app stores your app data including your transactional and financial data securely on our server(s). We are not responsible for any data loss or data discrepancy. Depending on your service plan, our regular interval backups will be generated and stored in a secured environment, and can be made available to you at your request.
The design of the Saral Billing app service along with Saral Billing created text, scripts, graphics, interactive features and the like, are owned by Trailcode Inc - Saral Billing app, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under laws. The Service is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only. Trailcode Inc - Saral Billing app reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the service other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of Status Submissions of third parties obtained through the Service for any commercial purposes.
The Saral Billing app offers you to user the app in your business or your personal commercial establishments to conduct your day-to-day business activities. The activities may include listing your business products, creating sales bills, printing sales receipts, performing refund and inventory management including generation of various reports.
The Saral Billing app DOES NOT provide a tax return calculations of any kind. We are not responsible for any financial reporting, or errors it may generate in any calculations. The app only facilitates sales and receipt generation with optional GST (Goods and Services Tax) calculation along with other relevant calculation. You may use sales data generated by the app for tax purposes, however, we are not responsible for tax audits, tax frauds, or misconduct regarding any taxation process with the government or banks.
The Saral Billing app requires a functional internet connection to operate and perform necessary operations of our service offering. We do not guarantee of your internet service provider uptime and functionality. We require a stable connectivity to the internet and we do not control or take responsibilities for internet loss or communications loss to our app and our servers.
The Saral Billing app requires a functional internet connection to connect to our server(s) to perform necessary operations. We do not guarantee 100% up-time of our server(s) and in case of any downtime, you may not be able to operate our app to perform your necessary operations - including but not limited to launching app, dashboards, reports, inventory, product lists, creation of sales, printing receipts and other settings.
We are not responsible for any of our server(s) downtime and interruption of the services. No refunds or compensations will be entertained in case of such downtime. Our technical team will be working on the issues in such situation to keep our server(s) and services up and running at all the time.
Your service may be interrupted or suspended in event of any failures of payment from you as part of agreed service plan charges. In such event, please contact our customer support to resolve your issue.
By signing up to our app and using our app, you agree to our terms, conditions and privacy policy and regulations.
